Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Barre Fusion. A complete body workout designed to sculpt your arms, taper your thighs, lift your seat and chisel your waits all while burning fat. Creating a lean body without bulk.
BODYPUMP. The original 60 min. barbell class that strengthens your entire body with squats, presses, lifts and curls plus great music and your choice of weights
Cardio Sculpt. A fun and challenging cardio workout that will raise your heart rate and challenge your endurance. Strength and core training are incorporated for a fully body workout. Acceptable for all levels of fitness.
Core Fusion. We use resistance bands, balls, weights, and your own body as resistance to tone your core muscles.
Cycle Sculpt. A combination of indoor cycling and resistance training, alternating between the two, for a full body workout.
Deep Stretch Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time with focus on the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
HIIT Cycle. A 30 minute high intensity interval class on our Keiser bikes. Give an all out 100% effort through quick intense burst of power and speed followed by a recovery period.
P3 and P3 Express. A heart rate driven workout utilizing multifunctional exercises. By maintaining the correct heart rate training zone and integrating high intensity training intervals, you will increase metabolism and maximize the calories you burn.
PEAK CORE. A challenging 30 min.core workout designed to tighten and tone the abs, glutes, back, obliques and muscular slings connecting the body.
Peak Cycle. Our signature indoor cycling class on the state of the art Keiser bike features the data your need about your ride on a single screen, providing instant feedback on progress and fitness gains.
Peak Strong. A creative and unique resistance training program developed by our trainer Kitty using bands, balls, bosus, dumbells and your bodyweight to build strength, work your core and increase your metabolism.
Sports Conditioning. A fun and challenging workout that will develop and strengthen your core and improve your speed and agility through sports specific and plyometric type exercises.
TRX Suspension Training is a full body workout that utilizes a person's own body weight with the TRX suspesnsion training system.
